Provided by YP.com6 weeks to troubleshoot my bike told its a $550.00 part i say ok do it a week later oh that wasn't the problem ... if i just want to throw parts at it till it worked i woulda done that my self and had it done faster

Provided by YPmobileWorst experience ever. This place kept my bike 37 days to do an oil change and to fix minor oil leaks. 37 days!! They CONTINUED to give me the runaround each week with different excuses. Very poor service management. The manager wouldn't even speak to me upon FINALLY picking up my bike. Busy or not, you guys robbed me of over a month of riding. Hey Ray, word of mouth travels very far...

Provided by YP.comDONT GO HERE for service. The service department is inadequate and takes SIX weeks to do a two hour job. If you plan on not using your machine for a season, maybe this place is for you. Otherwise try anywhere else but here.

Provided by YP.comI went into RayC's a couple years ago with $20,000 CASH in my pocket to purchase a new Harley Davidson, walked around the store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed any help. Finley noticed the owner off the phone with his feet up on a desk so I told him I wanted to purchase a lowrider today...And he laughed at me! !!blew me off !!! So I left the place and went about an hour south to a respectable dealer who was more than happy to sell me a new harley that day.
I won't ever go back to RayC's after how Ray blew me off.
