Today I would rate my experience at this Walmart as poor. Simply because of the service at the checkout. On 01/05/2014 at register #7 at 11:26 am we noticed three picture frames advertised in the store were being charged at the regular price. The attendant at the register asked the floor manager and the manager called for a price check that never came. I went over to the display and took a picture using my cell phone. We had paid for everything except the frames to not hold up the line. When returned and waited for the customer being served to finished, I showed the picture to the person at the register and she told her manager. The manager rolled her eyes and reluctantly said," Well I guess we will have to override the price". I did not want her to doubt the price so I walked to her and showed the display picture. Without looking at me and with a very negative attitude she said, " The price has been changed, ok!" This type of behavior is totally unacceptable! Attitude is contagious.

Horrible customer service! The worst! Have been transferred multiple time with no one knowing exactly who could help me with my problem. EACH time I called i was left on hold for almost 30 minutes only to be disconnected! The employees are rude and self entitled. Managers have no power to help and customer service is NON-EXISTENT!! I ordered something online on the 6th. Paid for speedy delivery (2-3 Business days). Was delayed to the 13th. Item never arrived. In fact UPS never got the call to pick it up. Despite me reviving an email from Walmart saying It was shipped. It is now the 17th and no one could tell me what the hell happened with my order! Ive spent the last 3 hours trying to cancel my order and get my refund. Horrible!!! New store, same old terrible customer service. No-help-whatsoever! If I could grade it a zero star I would! One star is too good for them!

The cashier told me that If was pretending to be blind just because I didn't notice her number light off indicating that her lane was close as I started to unload my items to check out. Very rude toward the customers. always in a very mean attitude toward us. I am very disappointed with their service and its like this all the time. If they don't like their job they should go find another one.

I just want to say that I was waiting about 30 mins. at sporting goods deparment, because I needed a fishing license.Nobody was there.Ok, I went where the automotive associate was and I told him wath I needed. He said" I call for someone". The second time I told a girl in the warehouse. Nothing. The third time , I did with a woman in the shelves of automotive and nothing! My question is: what's goingong because wal-mart is one of the companies with better service for us....the customers. What's happening with the personnel, why that attitude toward clients? We are paying all completly. They are not giving us items free.Who we are for them?This is the first time I have a trouble with this store. Nor in Mexico. Thanks for attending. Efrain.
