Between our kids at Tech & my wife's sorority we have had experience at 3 different storage facilities in Lubbock. They were not bad, but kind of pricey. Customer service was also not bad, but not exceptional. Today we rented a space for some of my mother's belongings as she changed residences. We found All American Storage & dealt directly with the owner, George. The prices were very reasonable but the friendly customer service provided was top notch! I was pulling a trailer I am not very adept at backing & George went out of his way to provide an easy method for me to pull straight through the aisle. He also came by to check as we were moving in to be sure everything was going well. We enjoyed a long, friendly chat in the office. The dust drapes were a great touch as Lubbock & dust storms are synonymous. I was never motivated to write a review about the other 3 Lubbock storage facilities we have used but I had to share my great experience with George & All American Storage!

Great management, great prices, great facility and great location. Definitely cant go wrong with All American Storage. They are the sweetest people you will ever meet.

I have had a storage unit here for a year, and although I normally don't fo out of my way to make reviews, I couldn't speak highly enough of All-American Storage they are GREAT! George the owner, is familiar with his customers and is always going the extra mile, he immediately knows my unit when I run into him or call about a payment. I always knew my items were secure in thier facility, and the accesibilty to you unit, and bill payment kiosk is great. If your undecided give them a call, its affordable, secure, and the friendly staff will seal the deal.
