Scheduled to install flooring in our home. Paid in advance and was scheduled for installation. After waiting an hour I called mike and multiple times and went straight to voicemail. Had to call the company I purchased the flooring through to contact him and he did not respond, eventually they got a hold of him. Said he was not going to make it that day after I had waited two hours, without mike from Anderson flooring contacting me, still have not had the flooring installed. DO NOT do business with Anderson flooring unless you are willing to wait and not have them show up. You will have to track him down while he dodges you calls, and get excuses that it's "not his fault because he had problems with a different job" at least call and reschedule if you can't make it
