We have loved every experience at House Of Hines...I got my wedding dress there and my husband has never rented a tux from anywhere else. They have beautiful dresses and a wonderful supportive staff.

I went to the House of Hines with two other girls to look at bridesmaids dresses. One of the employees took us to the room that had all of the bridesmaids dresses in it and completely abandoned us. She gave us no information about colors that were available or anything. We finally picked out a few dresses that we liked, but could not find anyone to show us where the dressing rooms were at. The employees were too busy dealing with another party, so we felt like we were not important enough to receive any customer service. In addition to the staff's rudeness, the air conditioner was broken and the whole place smelled awful. Avoid this place at all costs!!!‎
