Update: The employee that was very unprofessional is Scott Garske, who is indeed the new owner of the business.

Not impressed with my experience at this business in the least. I have a slow leaking bead seal on one of my tires, and I took it in to get diagnosed and have it repaired. The last time my boyfriend and I went in to this auto shop to get the same service done to another tire, it cost $10. This time I went in by myself and was quoted $25, so I questioned that because I wasn't sure if it was the same service, or if he was doing something else in addition to fixing the bad bead seal. The moment I questioned this, he (Scott) turned to his employee and told him to pull my car out, and said that they weren't doing it. I tried to talk to the other employee, and I said that I was fine with paying the $25 fee, I just wanted to clarify specifically what services were going to be done. The employee told me that Scott was the boss, and that what he says goes. I could tell that the other employee felt bad, and I understand that he felt like he was in a corner. He wanted to help, but couldn't. It's unfortunate because he seemed like a nice guy, and I feel bad that he has to have a boss like that. To my understanding, this business is under new ownership since the last owner (Kathy) passed away. This auto shop used to be incredible under the previous ownership.. not so much anymore. I can only rate Scott's professionalism, as I wasnt able to have the service done, so I can't accurately rate his expertise or promptness. As for the other employee, I would rate a 5/5 for professionalism, as he tried to talk to Scott, and relay to him that I did still want the service done, he did the best he could do given the situation, and apologized to me. Since leaving the shop, I have contacted 2 other tire/auto shops and they quoted me at $15-$20, so maybe it's not such a bad thing that I got turned away! Unprofessional and pricey! I'd definitely recommend shopping around before paying heighteded costs for any service rendered here.
