This facility has new owners and under new management and is being renovated. Renovations are great and facility is much more secure. Rates are reasonable and they have covered and open spaces for boats and RVs.

Under new management and making a lot of excellent changes that needed to be done! Carol has been very helpful with the change over. I love being able to have our RV covered and the price is right too!

The service was excellent, very friendly staff and very affordable. The big selling point for me was that they have 24hour access, so you have access to your Boat or RV. The location is ideal as well, betwen 287 & I-35.I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a R.V. or Boat, it's affordable and family owned and operated... Give then a call

Terrible. They tried to cash my parents check twice. Dad contacted the bank and they said the person in the office there changed the date and it is obvious fraud. They basically tried to cash a check again that was 2 years old. We are filling out a police report this week. No response to rectify this situation and I think we don't want one at this point. Avoid this business.
