Love this place. They are very friendly. The salon is clean and they do good work. Very eager to correct anything you don't like. Have been going here for over a year and I love it. The negative review had to have been when other workers were there because that is not how the new crew treats their customers. Please disregard the bad rating and come check them out for yourself. You'll be glad you did!!!

I love cali nails. Family owned, they are all friendly and professional. They do very good work, definitely would recommend them to everyone.

Nice atmosphere, professional staff, very accommodating. Tony, the nail tec is my favorite. He's done my nails for more than 9 years, He's fairly new at this location, but wherever he goes I'll follow. He's a great guy, and his wife Holly is a real gem! Brenda of Merrillville IN.

Poor Customer Service

After going to this nail salon for 8 years, I recently decided to move on. My last few visits were not what I had previously experienced. The quality of service had REALLY fallen off. At first I thought, "Well, this is just a bad day". But this "bad day" was consistent for my next few visits. If it wasn't for the service I received from one of the younger ladies who did my pedicure, I WOULD NOT have left the generous tip I gave that day. It's SO important for customer service providers to stay on top of their game. ESPECIALLY for their loyal clients. In this economic environment, one should NEVER take their loyal customers for granted. Perhaps loosing my loyal business will be a wake up call for this salon.
