Called them out for a service call. They came and dug things up, broke off my filter and just left it there, told me I needed a new leach pit for $3000, tried to charge me for risers they didn't even install, pumped the tank which wasted my $685 because they weren't solving the issue. Then left my fence broken down. Yard dug up, filter broken off and took my money. I called another company who came out replaced filter and fixed my drywell (which didn't need replacing or an additional leachpit) all for a very reasonable price. This company took my money and did nothing for my septic tank.

Green arrow is such a awsome company ...I had a big family gathering and our bathrooms were not in working order and I gave them a call after calling 6 other company's to get shut down green arrow showed up within the hour and got our bathrooms in working order remember this call was made at 10pm at night thanks a lot green arrow for your awesome customer service and quick response time never been happier ........

Had issues with toilets flushing. I called to make an appointment & when they showed up, open the septic tank & cleaned it out. Before they left, I flushed the toilets and they worked better. The tech also gave me some pointers so I don't have to wait to call when I have issues.
