No ride back to your hotel! Only taxi or publick transportation! Bad tourguides, no airconditioning, worst organisation EVER!!!

This entire "company" is awful. Vicky and Sandra have terrible customer service and lack any respect or decency.



1 - Our bus for the tour Key West never picked us up despite being told multiple times it was on the way. Instead we had to take a $100 cab ride to meet the bus in Florida City.



2 - We were told our parasailing ticket for "up to 2 people" could only be used for one person, and we would need to purchase 2 tickets for "up to 2 people". (That's double what the actual tour company; Fury, charges).



3 - We were told we would be refunded, only to find out we were not. We filed to complaints, one tour was VERY RELUCTANTLY refunded. The other had zero retribution.



Should be called TRIPLE-PRICE TOURS!!!!
