I took my car to Duggans & was very disappointed. My car was returnd to me 13 days later, due to a Duggans mechanics' inability to order the parts on time. When I picked up my car, I was informed that was my car was in working condition & better than ever! Although, when I went to start my car in Duggans lot, I saw the check engine light was on. The mechanic turned the light off and told me it was 'good to go.' Literally, 3.4 miles down the road, the light came back on. I called my hometown mechanic & had him notice within five minutes that my oxygen sensor was broken & was definitely a direct result from someone braking it while working on the transmission, not simply from driving the car. I called Duggans & asked them to refund me. 3 weeks later I recieved a check for partial the bill. I was spoke to rudely & refused the full amount. I paid a ridiculous amount to have my car serviced, I missed work, & now have paid for a part & service that resulted from a mistake I did not commit!
