I needed a last minute hair cut for my daughters wedding, I was up pretty early to help prepare, i was surprised they were open early! I was able to get a great cut and not wait, the lady who helped me gave me a shampoo and and awesome cut! *I wish I gotten her name* Thank you so much Fantastic Sams!

Hi my name's Marcy and I'm a stylist at this fantastic Sams location. I would like to respond to Paris' negative review. I was present when this incident happened, you brought your two sons for haircuts. Yes, you did say a faux-hawk. That's when my coworker proceeded to cut it, when she was done with the sides and back with a #2 guard she then asked you how short you would like the top. Your response was "a 3" that's when the stylist was confused and told you two or maybe four times that is too short but you insisted it should be that length (and she offered to cut it with scissors as well). The stylist then did what YOU asked for; immediately you looked confused yourself and looked at your older son asking him if that's the right length.
This incident wouldn't of happened if YOU knew how your sons hair is cut. We did exactly what you requested and it was a mistake and a misunderstanding made by YOU.
This is a false review written by a person who can't own to their simple mistake.

I brought my son into get his hair cut. I told the lady exactly how he wanted his hair cut and the length, mind you he gets the same hair cut every time, well she cuts his hair and cuts it all off!!!! I was so mad. All he wanted was a fohawk and now all his hair is gone! She argued with me and told me I was wrong. Then my mom called to complain and she told my mom no and hung up on her!!! It's crazy how rude the employees are here!
