Management sucks and very rude and acts and shows they don't care for your service and they offer free wifi but as I was told if u want to use it u can only use it in the bathroom not in the lobby were u should be using it, I can access the public library wifi better and is across a major 5 way intersection better then jack in the box wifi in there own building.

Customer service is slow and poor. Orders are often wrong.

The management in this place is a joke! The guy is rude to his employees how can he give good customer service!!

They act like its a hassle to get you a few napkins and some ketchup with your purchases. They seem like a bucnh of rowdy people that do not take their jobs seriously.

I think they need some discipline and need to be more friendly, and need to pay more attention to the customers order and less to their co-workers.

FOR THE MOST PART GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT CHECK YOUR FOOD AT THE DRIVE-THRU - I'VE GONE HOME WITH INCORRECT ORDERS
