When I called about the wrong order being delivered, the manager hung up on me after calling me a liar and telling me to f*** off and suck a d***. Do not go here. The story is below. Here are pics of the horrible food http://imgur.com/a/5iCo0

This is the first negative restaurant review I have ever written. I honestly cannot believe how rude and incompetent the staff was. Every step of the process is almost comically bad when retold.

I spoke to the three different people just to place my delivery order. Each person seemed to just set the phone down and wait for someone else to pick it up and resume the order. It literally took me 10 minutes to place my order. I had to repeat my order after the final person repeated my order incorrectly. She seemed highly annoyed that I requested the correct food.

Even after reiterating the correct order to the restaurant, we receive the incorrect food. Not only was the order wrong, the food looked absolutely disgusting. Honestly the least appetizing food I have ever purchased. One great example of this was their decision to put cold and soggy turkey bacon on a grilled chicken sub. This turkey bacon looked like it was taken directly out of the package, chopped up, and thrown of the sandwich. The cannoli was covered in a very thin chocolate sauce that soaked into the crispy pastry, leaving it completely soggy and inedible. My friend wouldn’t even take more than one bite of the cheesecake. How does a restaurant screw up a Sysco bought cheesecake?

When I called the restaurant to send out the correct food, the woman told me I needed to wait until the delivery driver to return so I can “hash things out with him.” She refused to start preparing my correct order. I asked to speak with the manager and was transferred to someone who identified himself as the manager. When I requested my correct order be sent out he responded with, “Well that’s just not gonna happen.” Then the person hangs up on me. I call back, and after some probing, find out he is fact not the manager. He told me to call back later at some point. I left my name and number for the manager, but never received a call back.

I call back 4 hours later, assuming the manager was finally there. I explained the situation and was told that I needed to drive the food back and he would inspect it, then make me new food. Not only is this 4 hours after the fact, but why would I drive to a restaurant that I ordered and paid for delivery from? I told him that we did not eat the food and chose to order from somewhere else. I offered to send him pictures of the incorrect food if he wanted and told him that he can send a delivery driver to come pick it up if he would like. He called me a liar about the food being incorrect and claimed that I was only doing this to get free food (despite asking him to send a driver out to pick up all the food). When I told him about the cannoli and cheesecake being bad, he told me that I was an idiot and that, “they get the same f******* desserts that everyone else does and that that I am just a liar.” At the point I tell him that he can refund my money or I am just disputing the charge. He can come pick up the food from my porch (they did not). He proceeds to cuss me out, saying horrible things until he eventually hangs up.

If you are the owner of the restaurant, this happened Dec. 11. The order was placed at 6:12 and I spoke with someone who identified himself as the manager at 11:03. I suggest you look for some new staff.
