Made appt for 11 AM mid July to meet at rental
TC from owner day before appt ,at his request, agreed to change appt to 4 PM. He stated better time because employee rep would be working in same neighborhood as rental .
Drove 10 mi to rental , waited outside front , from 3:45 till 4:25 PM with tenant who understandably wanted to meet prospective landscaper.

4:25 PM. TC from woman who said they couldn't make it and could they reschedule for AM ..........

Action Yard and Tree put in a superb irrigation system Joe figured out the problem that no other company could figure out his schooling and knowledge of irrigation is amazing.

We hired Joe last week (10/17/2013) to landscape our back yard. He said he could get it done by the following Sunday (10/20/2013). Today is the 23rd of Oct. and he has shown up one time for 2 hours. He has had so many excuses from staying up late, playing with his daughter, car trouble, no transportation, 5 to 6 hours at the Motor Vehicle Dept., and on and on. We are a retired couple and handicapped. Neither one of us are able to do the work and we are on a fixed income. We took a loan out to have this done. So far, we have paid him half of the amount (in good faith). Now we are stuck. I will never recommend him for any job. He is unreliable and pretty much a liar. Definitely not the way to run a business in these hard times. Please don't hire this man...... Our next option is to take legal action!

Action Tree gives excellent service at a great price. They removed a large dead tree quickly and efficiently. My yard looks so much better. They kow what they are doing.

Joe did a nice job getting and planting my cacti and trees. He also did some tree pruning and clean up for me as well. I would probably use him again.
