I have used Termite companies for years while in the real estate business. Kamaaina Termite & Pest control company did a Termite Inspection Report (TIR) during escrow. Their Inspector did an incomplete inspection & missed seeing Active termite infestation in many areas of the home. Asked Kama'aina to make it right many times and they will Not. They do not stand by their work and deny it doing wrong. I obtained 3 written proposals including an entomologists report and all reports indicate Live Termite Infestation. Besides all the grief, we need to have the house fumigated & termite treatment done. Save yourself alot of trouble and find a company that has the aloha spirit.
