Up until a couple of months ago I would have given them an excellent review, as they had serviced our heater a couple of times. The last service call, though, did not go as well. We were told we needed to have a new fan for our heater and that one would be ordered and installed as soon as it arrived. After two months of waiting, we were told today that they had changed their mind and were no longer going to install the fan, even though we were told it was only a matter of time before the one we have now breaks. Be careful when they tell you something. Make sure you get it in writing.

Knik Heating installed a new hot water heater in our house. They did an excellent job & were very professional. They were prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. They gave me several heater options to choose from. I highly recommend them.
