I have lived there since 1998 and have enjoyed every year there. The maintenance is great and the grounds are kept. The maintanance staff has longevity withing the company which is a comfort to know. There is a no nonsense policy for being disruptive which is great in todays society.

These apts are OLD, NASTY, FULL OF "ROACHES...ROACHES...ROACHES"!! The people who have dogs never wash them so the hallways smell like wet dog & dog poop !!! The kids are LOUD playing in the hallways. The drug dealers sell drugs in the laundry rooms, the so called maintance men don't fix nothing right, BRING BACK B B!!!!!! They have a man who sprays for the roaches, but when he comes...MORE ROACHES COME...they don't go away. I refuse to have my child live here any longer due to the bugs, flies from the dogs in the hall and the black mold all over the place. DO NOT LET THE PRICE, SIZE AND THE WAY THE RENTAL OFFICE BUILDING LOOKS & SMELLS SO CLEAN..... IT NOTHING LIKE THAT OUT HERE!!!! THEY COULD CARELESS, BUT ARE SO QUICK TO TRY TO TAKE PEOPLE TO COURT AND PUT PAPERS ON PEOPLE DOORS... WE HAVE CALLED THE INSPECTION PEOPLE TO COME OUT AND WE HAVE TAKING PICS OF IT ALL. THIS IS AN AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE!! GETTIN OUT FAST!!!

I have a lease for year and have five months before my lease expire can I cancel if I want to move out? I would be change for the rest of the months if I move out?. what should I do in this case? I understand is not a month to month lease but I really need to move somewhere else. Can I have a feed back on that so I can know what to do.It is a great place to leave but I need to move out of the state because I lost my job, and I have difficulty paying my bills on time I am struggle. Right now I am doing something I don't make much my bill is too much that is why I want to cancel my lease because I don't make enough money to keep my lease I have children it is so hard to make It I have so much problems, and I don't want to get evicted for none payment so I think it is a good way not too broke the lease if I get it cancel. I will not have problem with my credit because I am going to need my name clear so I can have another apt when I get where I am going so please I can I just cancel
