Nearly 1 month to get them to replace a part I could order online from Bosch myself.



These guys are not capable of working on modern appliances. They don't answer their phone they take way longer than they say they will and are very rude when you do get them on the phone.



I waited over 3 weeks for a part that was to take 5 -7 days to get and install. They are either understaffed or just don't know what they are doing. The comical part is their diagnostic fee was more than some of the larger repair shops charge.



DO NOT HIRE Accardo's

If you're looking for honest, reliable service at a great price call Accardo's Appliance. They've been in business since the 50's and that alone speaks for itself. These people are honest and give excellent service. For the reviewer who said they've never got a call back, that's never happened to me or to the people I've recommended them too. You should have called back as their service is second to none!

I called and spoke to a woman to try to get someone to come out and look at my fridge, but no one ever called me back.
