Biggest POS wash I've been too! Been coming to this was for almost 2yrs now and this place has hit rock bottom. These new managers just sit in there office especially the older fat white guy that took over and all Ive seen from them is yelling at there workers. My cars have gotten damaged in theyre crappy tunnel and always gets turned in to me with streaks all over my paint and windows. My family and I are changing over to Norco Car! Dont waste your hard earned money at this place they call Car Spa, its more like Junk Spa!!!

This place is terrible! I had previously gone to the one in Norco, Ca for 10 years, since it was the closest car wash. They never "wowed" me with their service or completion of the work, but they took it too far when they ruined a portion of my paint while completing a detail service. I immediately showed it to the GM Eddie, laugh, and he didnt care. It was obvious damage cause by them and he refused to refund my $100 service cost. It cost $200 to fix the damage! I contacted corporate customer service AND the BBB. Car Spa did not return my calls or emails, AND they didn't even respond the the BBB complaint! These guys are crooks! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
