My husband and I got married on May 30, and left for a honeymoon a couple days after. When we got back a week later we realized our house was a bit messy because we had the wedding at our house. We decided to hire a professional cleaning company to come in on Friday and do a deep clean so we did not have much to worry about for our first weekend back at home to relax from all the wedding craziness. Well needless to say we should have done better research because choosing Merry Maids to do our “Deep” clean was the worst mistake ever. This company is not at all professional and the services that were provided to us were terrible. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare and disaster. When you hire a “Professional” company to come in your home and do a “deep clean”, you expect them to do everything they offer in this service. There is no point in this company calling their service a “deep clean” because all they do is take a duster and walk through your house pretty much. I came home in tears after dealing with this company. I am definitely not one to complain about much in life but after this company having to come back and redo my entire house again, I am thoroughly upset. When they came back the second day to redo everything I had to provide them a list of what I thought was wrong (because obviously they didn’t notice themselves) and I even had to spend my entire lunch driving 30 minutes away almost to sit and babysit them while walking them around my entire house to wipe my finger on All of my ceiling fans, light fixtures, door frames, blinds, refrigerator, and the list goes on. My house is still not cleaned 100% like it should have been in the first place. This company is a waste of money and after being charged $400 even after everything I had to deal with, it is obvious that this company cares nothing about the customer and just wants your money. Do not choose this company and be another dissatisfied customer because you will regret it.
