Our affiliations include IATAN the "International Airlines Travel Agent Network," CLIA, "Cruise Lines International Association," a member of the Iowa City Chamber, Coralville and North Liberty Chambers of Commerce. Owner Susan K. Stepanek, has earned the CTC "Certified Travel Consultant" designation through the National Institute of Travel Agents, Wellesley, Mass. Fully bonded and insured, Ultimate Escapes Travel is associated with every major tour operator and cruise line. We regularly tour resorts and ships so that we can make sure that our clients experience the right vacation for them.My name is Susan Stepanek. I am a Certified Travel Consultant and the owner of Ultimate Escapes Travel.I have been in the Travel and Tourism Industry for 30 years. Having lived in the Hawaiian Islands and through out Florida for many of these years. A former Cedar Rapids resident - I moved to the growing North Liberty, IA., community in 2000. My years of local travel planning in the area and valuable "Feet on the Ground" travel experience has been extensive! During the course of my career, I have taken numerous trips through out Alaska, The Hawaiian Islands, The Caribbean Islands, Europe, Canada, Mexico, The Mediterranean, the South Pacific and through out the United States. I've cruised on more than 80 cruises. This travel experience has exposed me to most of the beautiful itineraries and islands that are included with most voyages.A Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Specialist, I have established relationships with resort management and Wedding Coordinators throughout the world. These relationships are priceless when planning and coordinating your romantic wedding or honeymoon escape. When dealing with "legal" international weddings - it's imperative that you work with an experienced and knowledgeable specialist to avoid legal pitfalls and disappointments. My new bride and I just returned from a week in Jamaica. What a great time! We had originally planned on a trip to Mexico and the process could not have been any easier. Sue helped us with every facet. Her insight and experience really put us at ease, knowing we would have a great time. Then the whole Swine Flu thing hit about a month before we were to leave. Again, we started from scratch and again, with Sue's help and advice, we were on our way to Jamaica. It was a fantastic trip which we will remember forever. Sue is so helpful and has so much knowledge of all the different places to go and things to do. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
