I walked in there with a chipped filling. It did not hurt, I just wanted it fixed to avoid food getting stuck in it. I am a bit of a woosy so I was given gas. They took X-Rays and did a quick look around because I was new there. After I was good and high on the gas, Dr.Harroz told me I would need a root canal and a crown and 2 other teeth filled. They left the gas on me and the assistant went to find out the price of all of that because I was concerned. She came back told me the price and what they estimated my insurance would pay. It was a lot but she assured me insurance would cover a lot.

I had the work done and the assistant helped me down the hall to a chair that was infront of the FINANCE councelor.

They still didn't know what my insurance would pay at this point. I don't even think they called them. They made me finance $1500.00 while I was sitting there high as a kite. They talk up this Care Credit financing account that I can also use for cosmetic surgery and on my pets. I was pretty mad at this point because a chipped filling cost me $1500.00.

It was actually my own stupidity for going there. My dentist was on vacation. I am still paying on this work 10 months later and have had tons of trouble with them calling me trying to get me to pay more. I called my insurance company and they told me that denisty by design was not filing claims right and if they don't send the correct info they will not pay. I have had to call denisty by design several times and act like the middle man telling them what they need to send to my insurance company and It works every time. The lady I talked to said they have new people there every time I talk to her in the finance part of it. They have high turn over because the people working there are probably tired of screwing patients around. I would not recomend this place and If I had time I would sit outside the office with a sign telling people not to waist their time or money!!!!!!!!
