I have been back 7 times to try to get the my glasses fixed. They return my money. Every time I go back there is someone trying to get their glasses fixed. This has been a nightmare!

Consumer beware! First of all...

Consumer beware! First of all they are attached to Eye Care Oklahoma and when you see a doctore the in Eye Care Oklahoma you "MUST" go into this optical shop to get your perscription printed. When I went in to get my perscription printed because I usually order my glasses online through my vision insurance, the employee at the optical shop started making snide comments about me going elsewhere and how much commission I was costing him. It was totally unprofessional.

Within two hours of picking up my perscription I found out that my eyeglasses could not be ordered through the online service because my perscription was specialized. So I returned to First Look Eyewear to look at my options. I asked if I ordered my glasses there how long it would take them to get in and was told that the glasses would be in within a week. I asked about my insurance and how much the glasses would cost me with the insurance. I was told my insurance co-pay was $25 and my progressive lenses were completely covered 100%. So I choose a pair of glasses. Then when I went to pay my $25 co-pay amazingly the bill was $71. Ohhh, did I mention that they work on commission?

The final insult is I'm now waiting on my glasses, today is the 7th day. I called to find out if my glasses were ready to be picked up just to be told that they would be ready for another four days. When I called them on it, no apology, just there must have been a delay in the lab. Why didn't they bother to call me and let me know there was a delay? I have no idea. To say the least I will not be using this eyeglass shop again. And the owner of this store needs to be aware of the commission based employees attitude towards customers.
