One of the most disorganized, sloppy businesses I have ever seen. I made an appointment at 10:30 and after 45 min of waiting, I walked out. Most of the employees were either chatting about their weekend or walking about aimlessly--don't blow your morning in a crowded, unhappy waiting room.
