      Absolutely horrific receptionist who has no business being in healthcare. Don't bother trying to make an appointment or find out what your copay will be before coming in - the only woman they've got answering the phone here - TINA - is rude, condescending, and useless. I have been to multiple Care Spot locations for situations that didn't warrant making an appointment with my doctor in the past but I will NEVER be back after this terrible experience. Looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to - can't wait for this filthy, inhospitable location to close its doors.
