They booked a flight and misspelled the last name. After speaking with them on the phone several times asking them to please have the name corrected, they advised us that they took care of it. On the day of travel, the name had not been corrected, and thankfully we were able to get through. But now, the return flight is coming up, and the last name still has not been corrected, even though we have still tried to get them to update it and they keep lying to us telling us that they had it corrected. All I have to say is, if there is trouble coming back into the country, these people better find a lawyer...
