Pool Therapy is a treatment used in Physical Therapy with a Drs. prescription & usually billed to the patients insurance. The pool therapy sessions are limited in size and specific to the patients diagnosis & supervised by their treating Physical Therapist. Water Fitness and Aquatic Arthritis Fitness are available to the public without a prescription and these classes are taught by a water fitness instructor. There is no size limit to these classes. The cost for the Aquatic Arthritis Class is $5.00 and the cost for the Water Fitness is $12.00 per class. We are happy to offer a Sr. discount of 10% to those 55 and older for the water fitness classes.
