So I fell and injured my knee. I was referred to this place by my PCP. My xrays showed I had arthritis in both knees but only the one knee was swollen from my injury. For one year I was refused an MRI and could only see the PA Kathy Katz. She did an arthrocentesis without numbing my knee. No one noted on my chart that I had an injury. I never saw a doctor. By the time I changed medical groups and had a real doctor all of the tendons behind my knee had contracted so much I couldn't begin to straighten my knee. After surgery they had to be stretched out which was agony.
