Very nice and friendly people, and my dog seemed well cared for and happy. The man who owned the place before (when it was Palatine Kennels) had a fairly poor reputation, but these people seemed like real pet people. I like the fact that it is an animal shelter first, so that our boarding fees help to contribute to the welfare of less fortunate homeless dogs and cats. I would them to anyone.

Rude staff , called to say we would be picking up our dog between 4-4:30 got there at 4:28 and they had already left for the day.i would rather miss a vacation than let my pet stay there
