Bad Bad Business - DO NOT HIRE



I am writing an truly negative review as I sit here crying after having a roof replaced two years ago (with a ten year warranty). The roof has leaked in the very same spots as before it was supposed to have been fixed. Steve Boensch took my $1400 and gave me a receipt for a 10 year guarantee. I had to go ahead with my repairs because my floors were a mess and my ceilings exposed. Called several times. He came back once. Didn't fix a thing. Call Licenses and Inspections. 2 times they told me he should have called me. Nope that didn't work either. Eventually Licenses and Inspections started to ignore me. I paid thousands of dollars to have all repaired only to find, everything still leaks in all the same places and the walls and floors are once again damaged. I was told that he was an incompetent roofer and it was unlikely I would get money back. I am going to the television and newspapers to try and get this resolved. Or I will see him in court.

I would not do business with then again. My roof is still under warranty but they never came out to fix or response the phone calls. When they finally came out to fix the leaking roof, it is still leaking from the old place. My daughter's bed and room are ruin by their slack of business promises.
