I had been issue with my SUV starting. I automatically assumed it was my Viper alarm installed. The repair shop couldn't fix my truck for 2 weeks. I went to Audio Express and spoke with Manny. He told me he would stop by the repair shop and check on my SUV. Manny came and resolved the issue immediately. It wasn't a problem with my alarm. My starter had went out on my SUV.
