I have a rare and difficult dental situation and the entire staff especially Christina E. and Dr. Imperial, went above and beyond to help me when other places turned me away. I haven't been to a dentist in a LONG time- I was experiencing excruciating pain with a decade old root canal and couldn't eat or sleep for days when I called and scheduled an appointment with Imagecare Dental. They were compassionate and squeezed me in as soon as they could. I expressed that I didn't have insurance and was concerned that I might need dental surgery and they were kind enough to let me know they work with payment plans and had an external number for a discount insurance plan.When I got to their office I was a little overwhelmed at how large it was- state of the art! The receptionist was a sweetheart and got me checked in and a nurse took me right back promptly. I was sleepless and anxious but my nurse (Rene) got me settled in and took my images and assured me that they would get me taken care of today.The doctor came in and went over my care options- he let me know that he could try to redo the root canal after clearing the infection that had spread to my jaw but the success was 50/50 OR he could pull the tooth and we could move forward from there- he was professional, up front, and very kind.A financial director (Victoria, I believe) came and broke down the payments for the option I had chosen- tooth removal. She was very sweet, softspoken but direct, and went over every line. I appreciated her time and efforts and as soon as I signed my option they went to work on an impromptu surgical procedure that very morning!Doctor Thompson sat down and explained every action he did as he was performing it (which I appreciated thoroughly) he did an EXCELLENT job with my local anesthetic and was very steady with my extraction. I admit I was terrified but Rene and Dr. Thompson kept me calm and assured as they scraped out the infection in my jawbone. The whole procedure was swift and professional. They went over my post-op care and answered all my questions. I checked out with Victoria and she got me set up with my recheck appointment and quotes for an implant or spacer. I left there numb (of course!) but incredibly satisfied with my care. I got my scripts filled and went home with a clean wound that was easy to care for. I've done nothing but brag and refer others to go here for dental care- I wouldn't recommend any other office for anyone in the DFW are than Imagecare dental. Thank you- to the whole team. Great office environment and one of the friendliest staff's ever! Everyone keeps you informed on what's happening and very attentive. My appt with Stephanie was a great change. She asked and listened as I explained the reason for my visit and was quick to answer any question I had. Dr.M was amazing as well. He explained the options that were there and what he viewed would be the best course of action for long term satisfaction with my dental work. The Dental Hygienist named Katie made me feel so relaxed while tending to my mouth that I almost fell asleep, lol. She was hands down the best person I have ever encountered at a dental office...ever! I can say that I am very pleased with finding this place and all the work they have done so far. Oh almost forgot...The finance(?) lady named Hahn provided a complete breakdown for pricing and ways that we could get what i wanted taken care of. I give the office a 10!!!

I have a real fear of dentists and a fear of teeth in general. This was my first time in office and everyone made me feel welcome. There was no feeling like I am just another body in the chair that is going to spend a lot of money. Just the feeling of "We're going to get you through this and we're going to take care of you". I honestly do not look forward to my next appointment (Ha-Ha!) but I feel as though I will be in good hands.

Is this a dentist office or a comedy club? These folks are great! My hygienist Thi, is as sweet as can be and does an awesome job cleaning. Very gentle, every time. Everyone is upbeat and friendly. Have not had a bad experience. Coming back Thursday for a permanent crown,......and I'm lookin' forward to it! Is that crazy? See ya soon. :)

one of their patients moved to another city and we called twice to get a set of bitewings emailed, after not receiving request called again and were told need a release signed and usually a $25 fee to release, for emailing I asked? Bottom line it was not a pleasant experience and sadly will not recommend their office.

Doctor Thompson is excellent. He took care of a recent root canal for me, one that was particularly difficult. It was like watching an artist at work! He was meticulous! Plus, I had very little pain during or after the procedure. In addition, the office staff and hygienists are professional, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Image Care Dental.
