I have been buying Radko and Department 56 from Country Noel for years! I recently moved to Texas and found a store that offers the same products. But the customer service and return policy in Texas is horrible. What I love about Country Noel is the staff know you on a personal level and have been working for Jean for years! This small business owner has distinguished herself from all others. If you haven't experienced the Country Noel, I highly recomment this store. I called them from Texas today and told them I want to continue my business with them and only them! Like always, they greeted me so warmly and said shipping items to me will never be a problem....that it's their specialty! I love this store and the staff so much! Oh...did I mention the frequent buyer promotions they offer on many of their collectables? This store in Texas refused to work with me regardless of how much I planned to buy! I am so thankful I can still purchase from Jean and her incredible staff! <3
