The Rep Scott Wildman was very helpful, and insightful and Showed us what every button did while we took the cars on test drives. He answered all our questions like a person that knows his stuff and did his research. Excellent dealership.

The total experience was very good. The salesman, Dan Uyematsu knowledge of the car was good and we never felt presurred. The numbers were straight forward and easy to understand (nothing was hidden)
Jen, the General Sale Mgr was very flexible and offered some good alternatives for options and financing, she listend well and made us very comfortable.
The finance Mgr was thorough & fast. All- in-all it was a good experience and the car drives great!

Our 2006 MDX had a battery replaced under warranty a few years ago. It recently went dead again and needs replacing. Since the battery was replaced under the vehicle warranty, they will not pro-rate it under the battery's warranty.

I will not buy a new battery from them as I can get a better battery with a better warranty without excuses from Costco.

James was an excellent source of information. I really appreciated his approach, patience and fantastic customer service! I would recommend James and Acura of Portland to my family and friends every time!
