How we treat Manual Therapy: Hands on techniques to improve Joint, Muscle, Nerve and Breathing Ability. Education: We teach you ABOUT YOU, about your specific problem, your body, your recovery, specific exercises for your home program, ergonomics and job specific training. Therapeutic Activity: Strength, Core, Neuromuscular Re-education, Balance, Proper Breathing, Postural Restoration, Movement Improvement, Flexibility, Range of Motion, Pilates equipment for rehabilitation, Whole Body Vibration equipment as used by the USA Olympic Ski Team, Inertial Impulse Trainer as used by professional sport teams, and direct access to a gym with a whole line of cardio, circuit weights and free weights, etc.
