WARRNING TO ALL WHO MOVE HEAR!!! The management seems nice at first but don't let Pam and Charles Clifford fool you. They are living in a Jim Berton's movie and you have no idea that your apart of it. Pam who looks down on you with her pointy nose and Cliff who can't remember anything unless it affects him in a way he can take advantage of it to fit his needs. You may not own an aggressive bread dog unless you are his daughter who has a boxer or a maintenance man who owns a pit bull. The pool is a nice feature however it is a privileged not a perk! Even though part of your space rent pays for the insurance. Also they just raised the rent for utility's even though the news was reporting a decrease and when you call the utility company's they have not raised the rate out hear in 3 yrs and are not planning on it.
