I will never use this florist again!!! They accepted on Feb 12th, a order from FTD to be delivered on Valentines day . Took the money and did not deliver the flowers . Recieved 9 Messages from FTD about the non delivery IGNORED THEM!!!! TRIED TO KEEP THE MONEY!!! Then told FTD when the corporate office contacted them THEY DONT DELIVER TO THAT AREA!!. THEY COULDNT TAKE THE MONEY WITHOUT FIRST APPROVING THE DELIVERY AREA! THEY ARE THIEFS AND INCOMPETENT!! THEY MADE MY HANDICAPPED FRIEND CRY WHILE SHE WAITED ALL VALENTINES DAY FOR THE FLOWERS ODERED FOR HER 3 YEAR OLD. THEY WOULDNT EVEN TAKE A PHONE CALL OR BOTHER TO PASS THIS ORDER TO ANOTHER FLORIST!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARENT WORTH THE HEARTACHE!! IF I COULD SUBMIT THIS WITHOUT EVEN GIVING THEM A STAR I WOULD!
