I called to the Aids Center on four (4) occasions requesting to see a specialist. On each occasion the receptionists said a nurse specialist would contact me. It has been three weeks and no one has contacted me. I moved from New York City about two months ago, and despite the high patients’ population at NYC hospitals, the medical personnel returns calls within 24 hr. Strong memorial needs to hire more efficient customer service reps. Honestly, I refuse to send my pet there.
