A BIG SHOUTOUT TO PAM and JOE!!! My husband and I were on Our Summer Trip 2017, heading to Glacier National Park. We began having trouble with our air conditioner. We spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to locate a replacement after realizing that the replacement from Dometic might not arrive for four to five days!! We called every Camping World within 300 miles, but they could not help us. We are Good Sam Members, and have been since 2005!!! We finally called Minneapolis Trailer Sales. Joe and Pam were able to get us the one we needed overnight. We are now on our way West, and we are enjoying cold air once again!!! Thank you for going that extra mile to help a complete stranger!!! Nice place to buy a trlr, but the hardest place to get service from

I do not recommend buying anything from them. Was made promises and they never lived up to them. Very shady practices on delivery and set-up. (cash only deal). Service after the sale has been impossible. Very hard to deal with over the phone. No communication unless you call them. They pass the buck onto someone else all the time. I will NEVER buy from them again.

My father purchased a travel trailer from them several years ago. They have always treated him right. There were a few warranty issues and they came right out and fixed them. They have also done some service work for him throgh the years. I would recommend!
