The food was great Frank the Bartender was perfect. The Happy Hour sure turned my day around the atmosphere I really enjoyed the people around me helped me picknout food from specials they had. I had raw oysters and drink was Red Sangria. A wonder end to a week and start to a weekend. I coupe sat down aked asked Frank was I a regular he said No but she will be. Great fresh seafood

This place has been around for years and if you want fresh seafood at a reasonable price this is where you go. The atmosphere is saloon like, always relaxed and casual, the staff knows you by name or face. They are always very accomodating. There whole Maine Lobster specials on Monday and Tuesday rock. They also have a good happy hour during the week with draft beer and oysters. Always a good choice!

AWFUL!

I went here thinking that it was going to be a good experience. From other reviews that I have read, people seem to love this place. I don't feel the same. We started off with a Sea Scallop appetizer, and let me tell you...it was salty as hell! and the scallops were TINY!!! We also had soup, a cup of seafood chowder for me and clam chowder for my fiance. His tasted like potato cream soup. There were maybe 3 chunks of clam...mine was surprisingly good considering... My fiance ordered the Seared Tuna for his entree and it tasted like mush. The vegetables weren't even cooked. I ordered the seafood pasta aurora and the pasta was still hard as if it needed a couple more minutes to be cooked. I've had so much better at Maria's! And the flavor of the sauce was pretty much tasteless.

My overall experience was not something I would brag to anyone, nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. To make matters worse it took forever to get any part of our meal.
