Since the 1800’s, the Stock Yard Meat Packing Company has been known for their unprecedented quality of mean, and Hoof & Horn’s cuts are no exception. Super Great experience, so glad they have Re-Opened under new management. The salad portion is a little small, but the house dressing is to die for.
Prime-Rib steak has quite a bit of fat on the edge like it supposed to and the whole Prime-Rib itself is super delicious.
