I had to leave a comment after reading the only other comment on hear about putting a dog to sleep. I was very distraught large man when I brought my little dog in to be put to sleep. The first receptionist was great and lead me to the correct person. The man at that counter was cold at first until I explained that we tried everything we could to save her. He waived all fees and was sympathetic. Their are a lot of heartless people out there that don't know how to take care of an animal so I can see why some may be cold at first seeing another sick animal coming in. It has to be a hard job for them to keep up with a smile and to cheer someone else up.

We adopted our dog from this shelter and it was a great experience. It's a clean, bright facility and you can tell that the staff and volunteers really care about the animals and helping them find new homes. They also offer dog training classes and a well-stocked pet supply store, so it's a great one-stop shopping experience.

When I brought my beloved dog in to be put to sleep your employes were cold mean and had no social skills for human having to put her beloved dog to sleep I'm so disapointed I will never get an animal from you and I have told all my friends what heartless people you are you should be ashamed of your self
