Frauds, scam artist and Auto thieves, they pray on people and look for ways to STEAL Cars then charge people to get their cars back so they can either make a living or go anywhere. They tried this with me, towed my car off of private property, said because it wasn't registered, only trouble is it's private property and they don't have a contract with the Apartment managers to tow cars for that reason. Filing auto theft charges against them. I advise you do the same if they even look at you car or truck

Through my eyes, there are two kinds of towing companies. There is the helpful kind for when you're stuck on the side of the road; there is also the brute kind for parking enforcement or repossessions. Diamond towing is decidedly the latter. I have no experience with their fee structure, as my car was towed from my apartment in error, but their lot is a sketchy-looking, unpaved lot in Murray and their employees lack any sort of professional demeanor.

Horrible place!! DONT EVER GO HERE!

I was having minor contractions and pulled up in a parking lot with my husband baby and kid in the car and I ran in for 2 seconds and they put a boot on the car my kid was crying! she did not identify herself! and wore horrible clothing and dressed unprofessional. They also have poor management. The cops came and agreed with us that it was wrong of them. Then on top of that they did not have the change for the tow. OMG!!! get your job done right people!!!!!!!!!! worse place ever! they scared my kids when my son asked what are you doing? the girl did not say nothing! horrible horrible!!!!

They sat there there targeting high schoolers. They waited out of Granger high school, after the football game. Had all the kids that parked in the empty parking lot of fresh market with boots on their tires. They sat there and told every teenage driver there it would cost $75 for each boot to be taken off. They're scamming people, and young kids 16 year olds. Like really? Horrible company with no morals at all, they don't have to take that contract.

Do not use this company. They're in business to victimize people and rip them off. I completely agree with the two other comments here (from Clayton H, and Amanda A.)



Avoid Diamond Towing like the plague.

If I could give zero stars I would. Today is the day after Christmas and my wife and I are visiting my in laws. Well my in laws don't have very much money and so they went to a loan place to to take out some money to treat us to dinner and hang out one evening. They took two toddlers with them. Well apparently they parked in the wrong lot and apparently your damned tow company has a guy sitting and waiting for someone to park in the wrong spot and their car was towed not 10 minutes after they had parked. After they paid the towing company they had 7 dollars left of the loan they took out. Not only that but they were left stranded with two toddlers. How is that in anyway the right thing? Damned evil if you ask me.

This towing company victimizes and cheats people. Their business professionalism is horrible and their customer service has the most rude employees I've ever dealt with. I do not recommend using this company. They are awful and my experience with them has left me victimized, large financial burden, and discriminated against. Stay way from them!!!!
