Known as Mr. Fix It Dr. Green has helped people get the right prescription in their glasses and feel comfortable with their vision. Clarity in vision does not always equal comfortable eyes. Come see the difference with Dr. Green. With over 15 years experience, Dr. Green provides skilled eye care for the entire family. We offer the following services: - Eye Exams - Eye Glasses - Contact Lenses - Designer Frames - Medical Treatment/ Infections - Pediatric Eye Care We can help you with specialty lenses for golfing, biking, swimming, hunting, shooting, computer work, office, and sports. Walk-ins are always welcome! We accept many insurance plans, and offer affordable pricing for those without vision insurance. Please call our office today! About us: Dr. Green grew up in Oregon. Half of his early years were spent on the coast in Brookings, Oregon where he enjoyed fishing, boating, and playing in the ocean. He loves to walk on the beach and watch the waves roll in, hence his office decor. The other half of his youth was spent in Monmouth, Oregon. He spent his early teenage years earning money by picking berries (strawberries, blueberries, and black berries) and mowing lawns. In his late teens, he worked on a grass seed farm driving Swathers and Combines. Dr. Green Graduated from Ricks College in 1995 with a General Associates, and he graduated from Brigham Young University in 1999 with a B.S. in Zoology. He then attended Optometry school at Southern California College of Optometry, graduating in 2003. He received second place for his research with Dr. Castleton on visual acuity changes as one views eccentrically through different types of glass materials. Dr. Green enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, sports, woodworking (especially making boomerangs) and spending time with his family. He served a mission in Venezuela and speaks fluent Spanish.
