I just had my car's air conditioning repaired by Mr. B. I didn't have much money to spend and worried I would have to wait until the summer passed to afford the repair but Mr. B found a used air compressor and did the work for a low price that perfectly matched my budget. I know they could have turned my work away but didn't. To me this is going the extra mile in business. I was in and out the same day.
