I've had have Trevor come more than once to remove dead mouse/rats trapped in an attic. They are very thorough and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate in recommending them 100%.

I had called several companies for a price quote, because I had bed bugs. I had appointments with three to come and look at my situation. I found Travis to be the best on all levels. Not only was he knowledgable, kind, caring,and helpful. He took his time to explain the process and the product as well as what to possible expect after word.I never felt russed or that he was just in there to "do a job". He was EXREMLEY fair on the price and his time.He got rid of the bed bugs in one spray, and as been out after to make sure! Call Payless Pest Control...they are what you want. called these guys because I had a mouse problem. The owner was very knowledgable and friendly. He did the job very quickly, and I have not seen another mouse, or traces of one for the two weeks since.



I gave the business 4 stars instead of 5 because his employee who came out to my house at first was not as knowledgable, and also gave me faulty information and tried to sell bait boxes, a service in which I was not at all interested, and he tried to push them on me. After hearing this, the owner was upset with his employee, and he remedied the situation VERY MUCH to my satisfaction. I doubt that that particular employee still works for this company.
