Dishonest Practice!

I have been going to the Palladian since 2009 and my hairdresser was Rachel Juarez. I recently received proof from a receipt the owner text me (Cindy Killman) but Rachel refused to give me that not only was I overcharged significantly but Rachel tried to convince me I ordered less than what I actually ordered. Rachel Juarez, I'm sorry to say is very dishonest. Rachel charged me more than what my product cost and did not give me everything I ordered but the receipt clearly proves everything. I have contacted an Attourney. In addition the owner never called me to resolve the issue she text the receipt and told me she was done and was going back to work! Unbelievable customer service!!!! I am quite sure she has overcharged me for years.

Kristie is the best Massage Therapist in town. Kid you not best massage i have ever had, and i travel alot.

Nice quiet little place. I had a massage with Jessica, she used hot towels and the aromatherapy oils worked great on my sinuses. Highly recommended!!
