Provided by YP.comAwful customer service experience last Thursday 12/09/2010...arrived at 5:30pm to meet friends...server was no where to be found so I went to the bar to order a drink... dark haired somewhat short bartender took my order and then took my money and gave me change without a single thank you or a smile or anything to acknowledge my purchase or presence...then when server arrived to the table she never once cracked a smile or thanked any of us for being at Perry's...will never set foot in there again

Provided by YP.comAnd of course, it has an excellent location, right on the waterfront, with the majestic Bay Bridge, and Treasure Island in the background. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are on your way to/from the AT&T Park.
Note: Tables go fast during Happy Hours and on game days. Make a reservation and/or show up early!

Provided by YP.comThere's nothing terrible about this place - but not much that is really praiseworthy either. Burgers are pretty good. The food in general is perfectly adequate (but skip the pasta with tomato and basil. School cafeteria's can produce it with more soul). The service folks all seem as if they feel they have something much more important to do elsewhere. The original Perry's on Union Street was loaded with charm and there is none of that to be found here. But there is a great view of the bay from the back room, the bar is lively with screens to watch the sporting event of the day. Set your expectations for "eh" and you'll be completely satisfied.
