Dr K is an amazing dentist. I have had dentists in the past that barely spend 5 minutes with you. Not only does Dr K give you personalized attention but he even does the cleaning! Most dentists get their assistants to do that. He is very conservative in his approach and does not try and get you to do unnecessary and expensive procedures. And the cherry on top is that in addition to being very professional and knowledgeable, he is also very personable and is so much fun to talk to. His entire staff does everything they can to help as well, like ensuring that you have coverage for procedures before performing anything. Scottsdale Dental has a charm and an honesty that is lacking today. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Karawi is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to for my dentistry. He is the friendliest medical professional with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working, including ALL medical professionals, not just dentists, and I have seen my fair share over the years. He takes an hour to spend with me and each of his other patients so that he gets to know them individually and personally, in addition to their teeth. He completes a detailed examination, explaining clearly and plainly his findings, recommendations and proposed treatment plan. He cleans my teeth gently and thoroughly. He always makes sure that I know I can indicate to him if I am in pain and he will stop what he is doing to address it before moving forward. He knows me and his other patients as individuals and I come back year after year after year because he cares for not only our teeth, but for our well-being. That counts for something in the greater scheme in the medical profession in my opinion.
